Flaxseed pouches are made out of 100% cotton and filled with around 1.7 - 1.8 pounds (800gr)of flaxseed. When heated, 40% of the flaxseed oil content will emit a calming heat that is perfect for relieving aches and pains. The pouches are highly hygienic and come with removable and washable covers meant for easy cleaning and upkeep. The cover and pouch size is approximately 9x9 inches. Wash the pouch cover with like colors in the machine or, alternatively, hand wash and flat to dry and iron once dry.
