Use DC Bonder to prepare the nail bed. 2. Apply single layer of DC Base Gel (#2) on nail and dip nail into powder. Remove excess powder from fingers and nails. Repeat this for all nails3. Apply 2nd coat of Base Gel and repeat step 2. 4. Apply a 3rd coat of Base Gel and dip nail into DND Natural Clear Powder. Brush off excess powder from finger and nail. 5.
