Saga Elastic Base - is a medium acidity base. Do not use on very damaged, over-filed nails as it will burn in the lamp. Use regular gel polish instead of base if nails are damaged. Elastic Base can be used without a first base layer. Its a liquid consistency base, suggested to apply and cure on one nail at the time. Base Elastic comes in 15ml polish bottles with a brush.
