
Alchemy Reservoir of Black Americans: The Collective Unconscious, Genealogy & Preserving Ethnicity
The alchemy reservoir theory posits that due to the unique experience that Black Americans have as a lineage, history, and culture in North America, they have developed an alchemy reservoir in their collective unconscious. This reservoir is the abstract conception of what encompasses the essence of a Black American (FBA, Freedman, ADOS, ABO, Coppered colored Indigenous) and why everyone gravitates to our culture. This theory provides valuable insight into the Black American experience and how it has shaped our identity.Drawing upon analytical psychology, the alchemy reservoir is a collective unconscious of a shared storehouse of knowledge and experience passed down from generation to generation. It is the sum total of our ancestral memories and wisdom, and it is what gives us a sense of connection to our past.
