Hinoki Cutting Board - Large

I am a Large Hinoki Cutting Board. Chopping is a tedious job for some people, but it's one that I never get board of.   Curator's Notes  While we often see it in the bathroom, the properties of hinoki wood also make it an ideal material in the kitchen. The resin in the wood is naturally antimicrobial, and its soft texture and inherent elasticity provides a gentle surface for kitchen blades and wrists. We love to plate and serve dishes on this thick board, which gives the light tone and delicate wood grains of hinoki substantial presence on a table setting.
