I am a Large Ishime Plate. Grounded, and textured just enough to remind you I wasn’t made by a machine. Set the table, pile on the food, and let’s make something memorable.   Curator's Notes  What I love most about the ceramic Ishime collection is the proportions. Each plate, bowl, cup and dish is slightly on the smaller side, making them great for individual servings or shared plates without taking over the table. The color is a deep, dark brown, earthy and rich, and just neutral enough to let any dish stand out. And then there is the texture. A mix of gloss and subtle irregularities gives each piece that perfectly handmade feel, the kind that makes you want to reach out and run your fingers over the surface.
