Yure Cup
I am a Yure Cup. I wobble and sway, but my spirit stands silvery still. Curator's Notes With an irregular shaped rim and a pebbled texture, this bright silver cup reminds me of something plucked from nature and cast in weighty tin. It has the brilliance and durability of silver, but won’t tarnish as easily. Tin’s anti-microbial properties make this little cup ideal to use as a drinking vessel for sake or other beverages. I love placing it in the fridge for a few moments before use – the metal’s thermal capacity keeps liquids chilled and fresh.
