Wow, the best blend of Eck Farms fresh milled Rye and white sonora berries, combined with Red Rose Artesain bread flour, Dark local Honey Hughson from Espitia Apiary's, sourdough starter, water and salt. We love this loaf toasted with butter and on a turkey sandwhich. It is a little dense, but so full of flavor.
