Red Map, collage, 20 x 24, part of the abstract cartography collection with a combination of paper, paint and found materials. A purely imaginary destination and yet reminiscent of old paper travel map where vacationers could plot their course with a marker. Mapping is an art form, not simply locations, train tracks and highways: it is urban art along with graffiti.
