This is one of the larger and more difficult to find pieces which was originally made to go underneath a large soup tureen but it is beautiful on its own! The pattern is entitled Jenny Lind, after the famous opera singer often referred to as The Swedish Nightingale who became very famous in the 1800's throughout Europe and the United States.
