This plate looks a lot like creamware with an all over impressed/embossed wide border of a birds and flowers.  The design is done with much intricacy and is stunning!  The face of the plate depicts a red Summer Tanager bird nestled among trailing vines and tiny blue berries. The plate is in great condition for its age, very fine allover crazing and some allover coloring/slight darkening of the glaze. It has a gorgeous patina.  Measures: 8 1/2"
