The plate depicts an early settlement scene of Mt Vernon.  This piece a piecrust edgeing and hanpainted touches of yellow/gold, green and blue underglaze on the purple transfer. It is an absolutely beautiful combination and rare to find purple polychrome like this!MEASUREMENTS: 9 1/2”Condition is good  There is crazing present, commensurate to age.
