Detox Aromatherapy Blend

Dominant Oils: Lemon, Sage, Juniper Berry, Grapefruit Function: May support general detoxification through the skin, lymphatic system, and elimination organs. Use: Whole body massage Direct Inhalation: Place a few drops on a tissue and inhale. You can also add a few drops to a wet washcloth in the shower or bath for a similar effect. Diffuser and Nebulizer: Add 3-10 drops to water in a diffuser with a heat or air source. For a nebulizer operated by an air pump, use approximately 3ml of the blend. Massage: Mix 15-30 drops per 1 oz (30ml) of carrier oil or lotion and massage into the desired area. Grapeseed, Jojoba, and Sweet Almond oils are recommended carriers for this purpose. (2-4% dilution) Bath: Add 1-5 drops directly to bath water. CAUTION: Never use aromatherapy blends undiluted on the skin, except for applying one drop on the pulse points as perfume. Consult with your healthcare practitioner before using blends during pregnancy and postpartum.
