Come join us for a Master Soppresatta Making Class! Frank "The Sodfather" Balestri will be instructing a hands on event. In this class, we will cut, grind and spice the Pork and stuff it into Casings. We will also instruct you how to properly press for a successful cure and advise you how to maintain the proper temperature. Then you can take it home and let the curing process begin! *18 and older class What To Expect: Hands On Class You will work individually with your own ingredients and equipment– learning in a hands-on environment. Work from a classic recipe Classes are roughly 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB) Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.  We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class.
