Old World Chicago - December 2025

Pizza is as Italian as it gets and no one does it better than Chicago! This class will teach you an authentic recipe from Old World Italy itself with the influence from Italians in Chicago. The bread-like, thin crust and traditional sauce is what makes this pizza authentic and different than what you may get at your local pizzeria. We will go through the ingredients and techniques like they have been used in Italy for generations!
