Moegiji Oribe Donsu | 萌黄地織部純子 One of the celebrated meibutsugire (notable textiles). This donsu (satin brocade) is said to have been favored by Furuta Oribe. The present piece features a pale green (moegi) ground woven with gold-brown threads to depict a flowing-water (ryūsui) ground pattern and plum blossom motifs.
