The Spice Basket contains 12 spices that are added while making delicious Nepali curry found in every Nepalese home. All the ingredients are purely made in Nepal and give the authentic taste of the original traditional Nepali meal. Ingredients contained in spices: Black Pepper 50g Mace 25g Cardamom 50g Saffron 5g Nutmeg 50g Cloves 50g Black Cardamom 50g Turmeric Powder 50g Chat/Salad/Juice Masala 100g Garam Masala with Saffron 100g Chicken Curry Masala 100g Vegetable Masala 100g Chicken or Vegetable Curry Recipes : Mix 2 tablespoons of ginger, garlic paste, or powder Fry ginger and garlic in 3 tablespoons of oil for 1 minute Add 200g fresh tomato, 200g onion pieces, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder Fry all until golden brown Mix the above ingredients with 1 kg of any chicken or vegetables Fry for 5 - 6 minutes Add 2 teaspoons of chicken masala or vegetable masala with salt and chili according to taste. Add 2 cups of water (400ml) for soup curry and 1 cup (200ml) for gravy curry
