Poppy Sapphire Round Bezel and Diamond Pavé Ring

Our signature Aiyana eternity ring with a twist. The Poppy ring gives you an option to spin it over and wear it two ways; showing of the colorful gemstones or dainty pavé diamond. Each gemstone is hand picked and cut to match. The 14K yellow gold is hand polished to get the smooth and refined look.  Gemstones - Sapphire Weight - 1.50 carats Diamond - .10 carat Width - 3.5 mm.
