Baharat

This Pan Mediterranean seasoning has been described as a version of curry, but with a milder more fragrant aroma.  Sweet, with a little heat, this dual-purpose blend can add some earthy sweet heat to ground beef, fish, chicken or really any meat.  But with a little olive oil and lime, it also makes a flavor packed marinade.  Ingredients:  Paprika, black pepper, cumin, coriander, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom.
