Kansas City Steak Seasoning

Loaded with peppery flavor with just a hint of sweetness provided by the brown sugar.  Rub the seasoning evenly into your steak (about 2 tbsp per lb) and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  Bring steaks to room temperature before grilling. Ingredients:  Granulated onion, Mexican oregano, brown sugar, domestic paprika, granulated garlic, sea salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, white pepper, celery seed and ground nutmeg.
