Through this 1:1 coaching program, you will have constant support as you commit to heal your gut on your journey back to health. You will be provided with tools and techniques gathered from years of experience with various regimens and healthy lifestyle approaches. We start with understanding your health history, food likes/dislikes, past experiences with diets, relationship to food, exercise patterns, goals, challenges you come across, and much more. Then, we identify the reasons leading to your health issues and gut imbalance, and offer you a personalized protocol based on that.
