Georg Jensen set of 10 sterling silver salt cellars, in pattern number 44B, and 5 sterling silver salt spoons, in pattern number 110, all beautifully hand-hammered and made in the early 20th century, with stylized geometric motifs. The salt cellars measure 2 1/8'' by 1 1/2'' by 7/8'' in height while the salt spoons measure 1 1/8'' by 2/3'' by 1/4'' in height (one larger one measuring 2 1/3'' by 2/3'' by 1/3''). Total weight is 5 troy ounces. Hallmarks are shown.  Danish silversmith Georg Jensen (1866-1935) set up his own silver business in 1904 in Copenhagen. Jensen's training in metalsmithing, along with his education in the fine arts, allowed him to combine the two disciplines and revive the tradition of the artist craftsman.
