The Beverage Air SPE27HC-SNZ Elite Series™ prep table holds products in six sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans and two ninth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. These pans are recessed 2 inches into the cabinet, allowing forced air from the evaporator to flow under them, keeping ingredients above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A removable cutting board runs the full length of the cabinet, providing a convenient place for prepping salads and sandwiches. A sneeze guard covers the pans and cutting board to protect the prep area from contamination. The refrigerated base has epoxy-coated wire shelves for additional ingredients, accessible behind a self-closing door. The door stays open at 120 degrees for easy loading and cleaning, is removable for cleaning, and reversible to fit different layouts.
