Inspired by the classic Mole sauces of Mexico, Bittermens Xocolatl (pronounced sho-KO-latl) Mole Bitters was originally designed to pair with aged tequila, but works beautifully with aged rum, bourbon or rye. The original combination of cacao, cinnamon & spice lends well to even a traditional Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
