Zea mays. A soft white flour corn grown with minimal irrigation at Tesuque pueblo in New Mexico. This is a Pueblo-type white corn but doesn't have roots at one particular Pueblo. Great for making fine corn meal; or for chicos or elotes if harvested in the milk stage. Origin: High desert Flour Corn Roughly 55-70 days to pollination and around 80 days to milk stage. Approx 13 g/50 seeds per packet. Limit 3 packets.
