Zea mays. A beautiful deep blue flour corn with 8-10" ears. Great for making chicos, masa, and pinole. Originally collected at the Casados Farm in El Guique, New Mexico in 1994; this seed has been in this farming family for generations. In our Seed Bank Collection.
