Ingredients: Rose & Geranium floral water, Whitch hazel( non- alcoholic), DL panthenol, Hyaluronic acid serum, Citric acid, Germall plus. Use instructions: Cleanse face first. Then apply toner using a cosmetic pad, allow to dry prior to applying moisturizer. Toners are helpful in returning the skin back to its original ph between 4-5.
