International Doula Re-certification

  HAS IT BEEN FIVE + YEARS SINCE YOU BECAME A CERTIFIED DOULA?  Per Natural Resources All Families Foundation, Doulas eligible for Re-certification have previously upheld their Doula certification without lapse or loss of certification.  As you may have heard, hospitals are now regularly requesting proof of certification to ensure birthing people are working with individuals who are knowledgeable about current birth, postpartum, lactation, and newborn care practices, and many insurance companies are requiring certification for coverage of Doula fees. Requirements for re-certification every 5 years are becoming the standard. As a result, more families are looking for a certified Doula to support them in the birth and postpartum period. To provide a full scope of support for the Doula community, Natural Resources is offering an  International Doula Re-certification Program.
