Gopal's Sprouted Sunflower Seed Butter (Raw, Organic) 16 oz. Gopal's Sprouted Sunflower Seed Butter is creamy, sweet and rich. Organic sunflower seeds are soaked and germinated which removes the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that are naturally present in nuts and seeds. The sunflower seeds are then dried and ground at temperatures of around 108°. The result is a light and sweet tasting sunflower butter. Raw, Sprouted and Gluten Free.
