SOL Sessions - Individual

I (sex doula) come in as a coach or healing guide to help one reconnect with themselves sexually by walking you through elements band styles of healing and repairing your sexual health, and to regain a sense of newness after a period of feeling disconnected from ones body. A sex doula can work with individuals, couples, or groups to help guide and strengthen their sexual awareness and gain new found freedom. A SEX DOULA DOES NOT PERFORM INTIMATE ACTS WITH CLIENTS. However they provide techniques and avenues to help facilitate healing around sexual energy.
