This 10 gallon water jacketed tank can cream honey, function as a storage tank, heat honey, infuse honey, mix honey, re-liquify crystallized honey, and be used as a standard bottling tank. Basically, it is an all in one honey tank, perfect size for hobbyists! A max volume of 10 gallons of honey but can effectively mix or cream small batches of honey. We have a lifetime warranty on stainless steel.
