The Art of Keeping Bees, while helping the important component to a healthy ecosystem.   This class will learn about: Flora & Fauna, Descriptions of bee behaviors, growing & managing bee loving plants, Nature approved recipes for managing bees and their foraging areas, Installation of boxes,Bee colony structure and health, Manage overcrowding, Managing bees for honey production, Stacking & Sorting Supers, Harvesting honey Understanding current California regulations. What does it mean to save the bees? What is the sole purpose of a bee? How many bees does it take to produce a teaspoon of honey? How much honey do you get in one hive? Why is honey different colors?   These and so many other questions will be answered in this class.
