Hello Love - Reprise

"Hello, Love" is back in all of it's chocolaty vanilla goodness. You can read about the first time I made it on the blog. This year's version has an extra dose of cocoa and vanilla. I have a very small amount in my shop! But if you're in Chicago, both Katherine Anne Confections locations are carrying them this year!  Scented with Lavender, Vanilla and Bergamot, I can only describe the end result as a brown sugar vanilla with a bit of herbaceous floral from the Lavender. It's sweet! With a subtle chocolate note. I've said this about other soaps - your biggest trouble will be not eating it! Bonus - the lather looks like chocolate milk. The tops of the soap are a warm milky vanilla and the rest of the bar is a rich chocolate color because I was a little heavy handed with the cocoa powder and I love it!
