An essential product when dealing with any situation of hemorrhoids and serves as a great after labor support. Non GMO Vegetarian  Gluten-Free Vegan  Suggested Use  Use 2 teaspoons of dried herb per one cup of warm water, to make a tea. Add four cups of warm tea to commercial sitz bath or bowl. Place on toilet seat. Soak bottom in warm tea for 15-20 minutes.
