It is made from reclaimed coconut shells, a durable byproduct of the food industry, and typically features a sturdy metal ring and chain for keys.  Each keychain is one-of-a-kind, featuring the distinct texture and pattern of the natural coconut shell. The outside of the shell often has a rough, fibrous quality, while the inside is smooth. The shell has a natural brown color, which can range in shade and depth.
