BREMEN: 1939 - Deluxe pre-maiden interiors brochure from 1959

North German Lloyd:  From 1959, a deluxe, pre-maiden voyage interiors brochure issued for the BREMEN (V).  The twenty-eight page brochure is filled with watercolors by well-known German graphic artist Hans J. Buchmann (1905-1981).   The brochure starts off with First Class: Lounge and Ballroom, Cocktail Lounge, Dining Room, a sleek cabin, Promenade Deck, Sports Deck, Swimming Pool, and Theater. The center spread is a starboard profile of the handsome ship. Next comes Tourist Class: Cocktail Lounge, Ballroom, Taverne, Children's Playroom, Veranda, and a cabin. Text in English describe the rooms and gives basic info on the ship.  Excellent condition.
