Various Ships - Royal Rotterdam Lloyd soapstone paperweight w/ silver portrait of ships

Royal Rotterdam Lloyd: A souvenir green soapstone paperweight with an attached silverplated portrait of ships at sea.The line name in Dutch, Konninklijke Rotterdam Lloyd, is etched onto one side of the 2.25" by 4.75" paperweight. The best part is the detailed portrait. One of Rotterdam Lloyd's many post-war freighters is shown in the foreground while passing in the background is the WILLEM RUYS. The ocean and both ships feature wonderful detail. Very good condition with a few chips at the corners and light wear to the silverplating.
