2 ozLoose Herbal Incense • 11VEN is a blend of 11 herbs, resins and berries. Formulated for energetic cleansing of your space, protection, awakening, relaxation, overall lifted spiritual vibration and connection to the divine. This blend assists with achieving and maintaining a mindful meditation. Incense come roughly grounded. YOU WILL NEED: a heatproof bowl (stone, clay, cast iron etc) a charcoal disc or coal a lighter tongs sand/salt (optional) + your incense blend  TO USE: Prepare a heatproof bowl by adding sand/ash/salt to it (optional, but this disperses the heat) Hold disc with tongs and light until it starts to spark.
