Infused Honey - Elderberry

We LOVE elderberries. This ancient plant is chock-full of vitamins and antioxidants, and the berries are bursting with a rich and tangy juice that has many uses (including our best-selling Elderberry Syrup). For the infused honey, we simmer down whole elderberries and turn the juice into a concentrate, then blend it into our Signature Wildflower Honey for a sweet berry blend that is downright delectable! This is a seasonal favorite for it exceptional immune-boosting properties during the cold and flu season!
