My Little Pony Munchy

This Munchy is in decent, but not perfect condition.  Ponies have been given a quick wipe down, but have not been properly cleaned in years.  A few marks may be permanent: a pinkish mark on the neck and some stains at base of tail.  Please look closely at all pictures before buying. Hair is dry, at some point I believe she was treated for tail rust as there is a section in the tail at the base that has a little rust stain, and her washer has been replaced with a zip tie.  Head is loose, and there’s a rip inside her neck join.
