Cardo is a fundamental yarn: its smooth texture, traditional spin, and resilient hand all hark back to beloved heirloom projects. Cardo gives pristine stitch definition to warm knits that work up quickly.  Composition: 100% Corriedale wool 100 g = 109 yards (100 m) Suggested Gauge: 11-13 sts = 4” on size US 10 (6.0 mm) Suggested Care: Hand wash in cool water. Dry flat. *Please note:  Manos del Uruguay produces wonderful hand-dyed yarns. However, there is variation batch-to-batch and even skein-to-skein in hand-dyed yarns. Pictures are representative of colors, but may appear different than the final delivered product.
