Oak, Swamp White 36-48" Seedling Bare Root

Quercus bicolor | Zones 3-8 | Soil: Widely Adaptable  Brilliant copper and red leaves in fall. Male flowers hang in clusters of catkins while female flowers are tiny spikes in leave axils. Swamp White Oak forms hybrids with Bur Oak where they occur together in the wild. One of the easiest oaks to transplant.  Acorns are sweet and are eaten by squirrels, wild ducks, and several nongame birds.
