Smokin' Bettie's Spice Rub SMOKIN’ BETTIE’S Spice Rub is a combination of 15 flavors that gives all of our sauces their spicy notes. Because we like to flavor with herbs and spices and not salt, it actually has less sodium than many other spice rubs! It’s got the usual: pepper, garlic (we LOVE garlic!), two kinds of paprika… and a few secret ingredients we won’t divulge [think ‘grains of paradise’ sorts of secret ingredients*]. Sprinkle it on before you cook beef, chicken, pork, fish - heck, we’ve even used it on tofu, and we’re itching to try it on our next batch of homemade potato salad!
