Sumatran Mandheling

Mandheling is the finest of the natural processed Sumatras.  Our Mandheling is double hand picked, a true rarity, but worth the extra cost.  Sumatran coffees are graded by number of defects per ten-ounce sample, Grade 1 having ten defects or less per sample.  They possess a smooth, full-bodied characteristic, as well as strong earthy somewhat musty characteristic.  Sumatrans have a concentrated bouquet with a dry nutty flavor with a dash of herbs in a syrupy body. 12 oz (340g)
