Full City roast, dry processed; Java is an island in the Pacific near Sumatra. “Estate” indicates that this coffee is grown at one of four government-owned estates, which yields a better coffee due to more strict grading standards than non-government estates. Lighter body, very smooth with little acidity and earthy toned cherry/fruit notes. Some herbal qualities with a semi-dry finish. 12 oz (340g)
