Roadrunners, best known for their part in the iconic cartoon Wile. E. Coyote and the Roadrunner, are actually pretty kick-butt in real life too. Working in pairs, Roadrunners can take down a rattlesnake! The Roadrunner became the state bird of New Mexico in 1949. This Roadrunner - New Mexico State Bird Ornament is made from Black Cherry wood grown and milled in the USA!  The ornament is finished with a non-toxic food-safe oil to enhance and protect the natural beauty of the wood. Ornament comes tied with a hanging ribbon and bow (also made in the USA). Approximate dimensions: 3 1/2" x 3" x 3/16" Made in Wisconsin by Nestled Pines Woodworking. USA grown hardwoods are a renewable, biodegradable and sustainable resource.
