In short, this video starts off with a warm up and some stretching and then moves into some squats with and without arm work. After some lone arm work, you will use the 14 inch step for some leg presses. Then you'll move into a short cardio step segment that utilizes the inclinced step. Then you'll do some more leg toning with the 14 inch step. This switches with some arm work. Next comes another short cardio section that you'll march up and around the incline step and you'll tap on it and do some reverse straddles. Then comes a segment where you'll use the incline step to work on your legs (with some lunges) that also switches off to arm work using the incline bench.
