I consider myself to be at an advanced level as far as fitness, especially with kickboxing-related workouts. I've got just about every Tae-bo video, which I love, plus a ton of others. Then I ordered this and ohh my gosh, is it so much fun and, I must admit, quite an intense cardio workout. She mixes up the choreography in such a unique way. Most workouts are so repetitive and robotic. It is very high-energy. She is a cool intructor, not annoying at all. I can see it being too difficult for a beginner - or the uncoordinated, but Im sure after a few tries anybody could pick it up. I seriously want to do this one every day.
