JULY 2022 RELEASE This one-of-a-kind spirit begins with aromas of honeysuckle, chamomile, and coconut-caramel with a savory, woody body. Notes of elderflower and toasted grain meet fresh spring spruce and salty driftwood. Malty herbal finish with a bit of nice, lingering spice. Double-pot distilled from Fort George Belgian IPA beer wash, aged 4.5 years in second-fill rye whiskey barrels.
