RAM Cellars Dry Riesling

Meyer lemon, mandarin orange, petrichor, lime zest, citrus blossom & a hint of an ocean breeze are evident at first sniff. Grapefruit, lemon zest, honeysuckle, fresh snow, and tangerine dance above wet slate stone in glass en route to a dazzling finish with hints of fresh squeezed limes and a tart green-apple freshness.  This dry Riesling pairs well with spicy shrimp Pad Thai, grilled veggies, brie, sushi, and sunny days and good times with the ones you love. Crafted in a low intervention style with sustainably managed Riesling grapes from 20 year old vines from South Hill Vineyard located on Underwood Mountain in the Columbia Gorge Sub-AVA of the Columbia Valley, Washington AVA. 55 cases produced.
